Broad Range of Experience

I have been selling Real Estate full time since 2002 in Southern Ontario, primarily Kitchener, Waterloo, New Hamburg, Cambridge, Guelph, Woodstock and everywhere in between. I have done business from Lake Huron down to Lake Erie. Not only do I cover a wide geographic range, but I have experience in a broad range of Real Estate from new builds, undeveloped land, freeholds, condos, land lease, multiunit properties, leasing, landlords, and commercial (restaurant/farm). I have a plethora of knowledge to pass onto my clients and no matter the situation, I have likely dealt with something similar before.

Adult Lifestyle Communities

I have been actively involved in the Stonecroft Adult Lifestyle Community and Morningside Active Lifestyle Retirement Community located in New Hamburg, as well as the Sally Creek Adult lifestyle community in Woodstock. I am regularly contacted by both sellers looking to sell in these communities and buyers looking to buy in these communities. I have a deep understanding of these buyers, sellers and communities which allows me to provide excellent service to this demographic.

Negotiating

Most of my career has been about negotiation. From 2020-2022 we saw the market accelerate at astonishing rates. During that period of time I focused on becoming a Marketing Expert.  Prior to this, I spent the majority of my career honing my skills to be a Negotiating Expert. This is the skill that makes the largest contribution to the purchase price for buyers and sale price sellers.

Listing Homes

I often represent buyers, but most of my career I have been a listing agent.  Based on this I have compiled a process that I feel accurately assesses the value of your home through a detailed report. I would be happy to complete an evaluation of your home and give you a free opinion of value. My team has also honed our skills when it comes to marketing. We offer a very competitive package that is hard to find elsewhere.

Downsizing

I am in my 50’s.  Most of my clients are in the 40 to 70-year range.  They are looking to downsize from their family home into a nice bungalow.  I understand this client and am well positioned to market their home as well as find them a great bungalow in a nice community.

More About Dan

I believe my assets as a realtor are Trust, Knowledge and Integrity.  These qualities are not created overnight.  They are in fact qualities that are built up over a lifetime!

I grew up with parents that had very strong work ethics.  My Father was a teacher and my mother was a nurse.  Both worked in the Woodstock area and both were respected in their chosen profession.  Caring, respect, compassion and understanding were common nature during my childhood and define me as an adult today.

I studied Civil Engineering at Seneca College and Land Surveying at the University of Toronto.  From there I worked over 10 years for a land Surveyor.  I learned about Land Planning and Development.  After my career in Surveying, I branched out into the world of new home building, employed by two high profile local developers who not only served as mentors but also taught me a great deal about the ins-and-outs of home building and subdivision development.  I had titles like ‘Senior Project Manager’ and ‘Senior Administrator’.

I feel that these two career paths are the perfect lead up to Real Estate.  I truly enjoy meeting new people and developing lasting relationships. I have been selling homes full time since 2002.  That is 20+ years of dedication to Real Estate home sales.  Over that time I have built an excellent client base and have a very successful career.
